Chesterholm Lodge is a small friendly care home in Lee on the Solent , Hampshire which accommodates 16 individuals who have mental health problems. The Home was established in 1986 by Kay Moss RN (MH) who is the Person In Control. The Home is managed on a day to day basis by Sue Stacey who has been employed at the Home for some 17 years. Our Deputy Manager Maureen Bush has been employed at the Home for some 8 years. All staff hold NVQ's in levels 2, 3 and 4 as well as extensive qualifications in all relevant subjects including Mental Health and Communication.
Our main aim is to provide the best, and most appropriate care possible for each individual. Our committed well qualified care team work to provide a safe and caring environment within a comfortable and homely setting. Residents are offered full support whilst allowing space for them to be themselves and remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible.
To summarise we aim to provide a warm, welcoming environment for all of our Residents in safe secure surroundings with genuine devoted care staff. We will encourage privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Members of our care team are available both day and night to offer support and reassurance. Long and short stays are available. |
